   We respect the privacy of children and their parents.
   The application “Dancing Animals” complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids).
   
2. What Data We Collect
   The app does not collect personal information from children (such as name, address, photos, videos, voice recordings, or precise location).
   Only anonymous technical data may be collected (device type, OS version, number of app launches, in-app usage statistics) to help us improve the app’s functionality.

• Name, surname, nickname
• Date of birth, age
• Home address, school address
• Email, phone number, social media accounts
• Photos, videos, or voice recordings of children
• Precise geolocation data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID) used for targeted ads

4. How We Use the Data
   Anonymous technical data is used only for analytics and app improvement.
   We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties, except trusted service providers.

5. Advertising
To provide a safe environment for users of all ages, we strictly use only contextual advertising. For this purpose, we utilize Google AdMob, a Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads SDK.
We do not engage in behavioral tracking, user profiling, or personalized advertising.
To ensure the advertisement is appropriate for the child audience, we implement a comprehensive safety protocol consisting of Global Safeguards and Manual Human Audit:

Global Safeguards

We configured the following safeguards to ensure privacy and filter the served ad inventory:

• No Personalized Ads: We have disabled the “Publisher First-party ID” and “Publisher Privacy Personalization” to prevent data correlation.
• Child-Directed Treatment: All ad requests are tagged for “Child-Directed Treatment” (COPPA compliant) and “Under Age of Consent” (GDPR-K compliant).
• Sensitive Categories: We have blocked all sensitive ad categories (e.g., dating, alcohol, gambling, referencing sex, etc.).
• Content Filtering: The “Max Ad Content Rating” is set to “G” (General Audiences) to ensure only family-friendly content is displayed.

Manual Human Audit

In addition to automated filters, our team performs ongoing human review of ad creatives using the Google AdMob Ad Review Center. We enforce the following safety protocol to ensure age appropriateness:

• Review Cadence: Our safety team audits the Ad Review Center at least weekly (and daily during new releases) to visually inspect creatives.
• Review Criteria: We manually verify that all ads feature child-appropriate imagery and language. We strictly prohibit violence, fear, adult themes, dating, gambling, alcohol, or other sensitive topics.
• Enforcement Actions: Any violating creative or advertiser found during our audit is blocked immediately and placed on a permanent deny list.

6. Parental Rights
   Parents can contact us at any time to review or request deletion of any collected information.
